Just like in an escape room, you can solve puzzles, discover clues and combine them logically. We deliver the adventure to your home. Open the letterbox and off you go.

The principle of AdventureMail
For whom
Are you a puzzle fan, an amateur detective or simply a lover of exciting stories? Then AdventureMail is the right choice for you. You can solve the puzzles alone or together as a couple, family or shared flat. Children can also join in the puzzle. Previous knowledge is not required.
Contents
Each adventure consists of several mailings that are sent to your home. The letters and parcels each contain several puzzles, which together provide clues to the story and you will receive further clues via the interactive website.
How often
The shipments will arrive at irregular intervals. After all, you're not supposed to know exactly when the mysterious messages will land in your letterbox. On average, however, you can expect one delivery per week.
Task
Each adventure has an overarching storyline that you will continue to explore. To do this, you have to solve the puzzles in the individual shipments. The solutions give you hints for the other puzzles or unlock information about the story on the website.
local & loving
Our AdventureMail is developed from A to Z in Winterthur and produced locally wherever possible. Our printing partner Digicom - Digitale Medien AG is also based in the Winterthur region and is committed to local and environmentally friendly production. We lovingly make many of the puzzle elements by hand. We pack the consignments ourselves at our location in Winterthur and send them by Swiss Post.

FAQs
Yes, of course. During the checkout process, you can specify a different delivery address to which the mail should be sent. You can also let us know in the comments if you would like us to include a short message from you. In any case, we recommend that you inform the person receiving the puzzle post in advance so that it is not mistakenly thrown away!

It’s best to write to us via the contact form so that we can check whether your shipment has already been sent.
We will be happy to return disposed items to you for a corresponding fee for materials and expenses. This amounts to a lump sum:
per letter: 10.00 SFr.
per package: 15.00 SFr.
You will receive access to our interactive game website with your first shipment. In addition to additional puzzle elements, you will also find help with the puzzles and the complete solution.
No, unfortunately this is not possible, as you have to “process” some of the shipments you receive from us yourself. But that also makes the whole thing something very special.
As long as the children can already read a little and enjoy doing puzzles, definitely. Up to the age of 14, we recommend solving the puzzles together as a family.
No, we also deliver to Europe. Please note, that additional fees and taxes can arise from this. If you want to send a shipment to another country, please write to us. That can certainly be organized.

The idea for AdventureMail emerged during the coronavirus crisis from the team at escapestories, an escape room in Winterthur that had to close temporarily during the lockdown. Of course, we immediately asked ourselves how we could bring the escape room feeling to your home by post. We could hardly have dreamed that our adventures would be so well received by you.
